Founders
Nick Voase has a long history and deep experience in growing and processing hemp which has gained attention as a fast growing, renewable resource, locking up more embedded carbon than any other crop.
On-farm innovation around hemp production has outpaced downstream product and materials innovation creating a bottleneck in market ready applications.
Andrew King has been at the sharp end of materials and process innovation across the globe for 35+ years, having a hand in many well known products and co-founding and advising across multiple disciplines from food to wearables and AI to renewables.
Reviewing the hemp market, products and applications back in 2022, Andrew identified and developed a number of novel functional materials to proof of concept, and continues to build a roadmap to high value-add products
